Hey all,


I just had a quick question : What is the best spot treatment for cysts? I have about 3cysts along my lower jawline, each with a whitehead and they are very large n inflammed. I have experienced incredible results being on an anti-inflammatory diet and using a combination of: Honey/cinnamen/lemon juice/garlic , Tumeric/ lemon juice/ tomato/ ginger and aspirin/baking soda masks.

Anyone have any quick remedies for reducing the size or eliminating cysts?

I use Prid's Drawing Salve. If I catch the cyst early enough and apply it, it will reduce in inflammation on its own. Othertimes when the cyst has grown and is very painful, this salve just brings the cyst to the surface faster and I pop it. I'm starting to use it everday. However, the big catch with this is that you must follow the directions precisely. Like you have to wash the area with warm water first, and then apply it twice a day. It will not work otherwise!

Oh okay, maybe i should look into that. also, I've heard that people have used Hydrogen peroxide on a cotton pad w/ a bandaid and cover their nodules/cysts. Has anyone done this or know others who have? I read somewhere that peroxide is very effect against the kind of bacteria that is present in a nodule or cyst.

i have bad acne on my chin and well all over i dnt want to go outside nothing they r huge to lots of blackheads aswell do u think the drawing sap will help even with the blackheads?

I leave them alone until it has a whitehead then I'll usually ice it for 20 minutes then take a needle (sanitize it) and lance it. Take 2 cotton balls with rubbing alcohol or peroxide on them and use them to squeeze the contents out and then apply neosporin. This method is not for everyone and you have to be careful but mine do not go away unless i do this or get a cortisone injection.
