Crying is great. I dont mind admitting that as a guy I do cry. Why not? Its a human emotion and im human. Always makes me feel that little bit better afterwards.

I broke down in a histerical fit of tears last December, just before Christmas. It was then that I realised I needed to make some changes. Crying can make you see a lot of things.

When i cry because of this torture it is usually because i am so pist and frustrated over it not so much sad. Like right now i wish i could just start fn shit up and destroying things, since my chin and mouth area is always destroyed.

But i really havent it quite some time now, because i am just exhausted from it all i really dont have emotion now, i am just always blah cause no matter what my attitude my reoccuring acne will not change.

I have cried about twice in the past 2 months, and it does help. I have been close to crying on several more occasions.. It helps to get it out instead of bottling it up(cliche I know), but whatever.

I have trouble crying. It just doesn't come naturally to me. When I want to cry I have to listen to sad songs and think of people dying just to squeeze a few tears out! I miss being able to cry hysterically like I did when I was a kid because I felt so much better being able to let it all out. I've started screaming into pillows instead, it helps. XD

I want to try that. I am worried about the people in my vicinity, however.

I think a good cry is a good thing if you have pent up emotions inside you, I don't personally think keeping them bottled up would do you any good in the long term what so ever. About 2 months ago now I had nothing short of an epic cry, nearly a years worth of experiencing crap and pain all surfaced at that one moment. It was like I was vomiting, the sheer force of it. redface.gif But yeah, I digress - what's really important is that you take steps afterwards to do something about it. The release is one thing, but to make it count you must make a positive change as a result.

I don't cry very easily either. I mean I can get emotional over things and maybe let out a tear or two but not like go hysterical and sob or anything. Sometimes it might be nice if I could though but I usually just feel too defeated to even cry about it.
