1 week "detox" diet

I Tried this diet for 1 week and noticed a massive reduction in the amount of pimples on my face......

The idea is to "cleanse" or "detox" your whole body

TRY THIS FOR 1 WEEK:

1.Eat nothing but fresh ORGANIC fruit, vegitables and UNSALTED nuts. (just be creative)

2.Drink ATLEAST 5 pints of mineral water per day NOT TAP-WATER (more than the RDA, but the idea here is to flush out all the nasties that have built up in your body over the years) add flavour with a little bit of pure fruit juice, be prepared for alot of tiolet time!

3.Do not smoke, drink alchohol fizzy drinks tea or coffee or eat anything that isn't listed in number 1.

I find that a sauna helps the process too.

Due to the diet constipation and/or dihorea can ocur in some people

after 1 week of this your skin should be clear with a healthy glow especially if you have a good skin regimon going too, but the down-side is that it only lasts for about 6-8 weeks and its just not practical or healthy to keep repeating this diet.

I find that keeping myself well hydrated keeps me clear for longer.

if you have the will-power and nothing else is working, give it a shot you have nothing to loose!

I've done this diet, but with salmon and oatmeal and eggs . Yeah it works for me too (it took a month to see results for me). It might seem difficult at first but when you see the results, theres a greater chance you'll stick with it. Good luck bomberman!

I meant with meant with salmon, oatmeal and eggs in addition to the fruits and vegetables

I did this for a month and all i got was a sore stomach from being hungry all the time. i had no energy and i lost weight, both things that i didnt want to happen.

If it works for you excellent but dont starve yourself either, if you cant enjoy your food what can you enjoy.

The salmon eggs and oatmeal sounds like a pretty good idea for adding a protein source to the diet and providing something a little more filling.

At present i only use this diet in conjunction with my treatment when i know i'v got something important coming up where i need to be confident and reasonably clear (like a job interview or a party) maybe i could stick to it on a regular basis if i include these, thanx for the idea rommie :wink:
