I wud recommend to use a microdermabrasion cleanser like Queen Helene's natural product.Retin-A topical creams and gels are perfect for deep scars. Tazorac is a great product after your skin gets settles with it.

yeah i used retin after for a while and it didn't help at all. I've been off accutane for a year now. I didn't really care about my scars til now. I don't even know where to start with the scar reducing products.

Try dermarolling. This is a good video.

Dr. Frederick Treves: What's that?
John Merrick: Can you cure me?
Dr. Frederick Treves: No. We can care for you, but we can't cure you.
John Merrick: No. I thought not.
