Go to the Diet/Holistic health forum. Lots of info there.

Or go to http://curezone.com/...ver/default.asp and read about it. One flush won't "cure" anything. It takes many many flushes.

Fenugreek tea is great for getting all those nasty toxins out of your liver.

this liver flushin thing sounds very interesting and effective but the ingrediants are rather way too much and most aren't available anywhere... Too many instructions.....

Is there an easier way to liver flushin?

Carebear, check out my WWW for more info.

The ingredients are actually very simple, and are either household items or can be bought at your health food store. Many of the 'extras' are just icing on the cake.

Wow, never heard of the fenugreek tea. There seems to be a lot of benefits attached to the tea from what I have read from http://seasilver.thr...um/fenugrek.htm
