Is Mayonnaise known to cause breakouts?

whats the consensus on low-fat mayonnaise(2 g Fat)? should it be avoided?

Try a little bit and see. It's different for everyone. Your body doesn't react the exact same way as anyone else's body.

Hey undertow,

imo, EVERYTHING in moderation is ok. For me, lots of high GI carbs makes me break-out, but if I eat just enough then I'm ok. If I eat tons (say...10 slices of pizza), then it's over! It's all over!

We all have our vices, but if you just take it easy, then you should have no problems.

P.S. Maya used to use mayonnaise on her face as a moisturizer!!! LOL!!! Just goes to show that the preconception that fats & oils on our skin is an undated notion. (example: extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil......all great for the skin!)

but generally does it break people out. i know everyone's different but there's things that almost all acne suffers must avoid(sugar, greasey foods,etc...)
