how many minutes does it take for you to feel the flush like symptoms?

I took 250mg timed release niacin 60 min ago and I haven't felt anything.

Is this bad?

Haha, if it's "timed release" it will take however long it says. It SHOULD say it on there. I think some go for 8 hours..

I'm having doubts whether this will work.

Should I stick to this or should I get the insta release kind?

My friend does niacin flushes before she get's pee tested for drugs.

Do you think it's possible that the regular widening and shrinking of the capillaries could ever do damage to them?"broken capillaries"?

Wow this shit is crazy. I took 300mg at 12:40, and around 2:30 I thought to myself...wow my saliva feels watery (like during a nausea spell), and then I looked at my arms and bam! red and rashy allllll over. Looks kind of gross/cool.

Omg what if you begin to flush when your at work or on a date or sumfin wouldn't people be like wtf ?

Jeez that shits crazy, in a totally hypocritical twist though has anyone seen a substantial decrease in their oil production ?

About 40 minutes. It lasted longer than I thought, but before I knew it it just kind of fades away very quickly.

Wait is the 500mg your first dose? If it is, then boy will you be in for a flush. The bottle I have is in 100mg dosages.

So considering the guy in the adult acne post said he took the " no-flsuh" kind, but people here seem to be taking the "flush" kind, what's the better one?

Yeah so yesterday i took my first pill. 500 mg flush kind. It took about an hour for effects to come through. But it wasnt bad at all. My feet itched and my hears felt hella hot and heavy, but thats about it. NO redness at all.

So yeah, I will continue taking it and will be posting up results.

Would it be good to soak in a cool bath while your experiences the flush symptoms?

I kind of wanna try this,I live right by walgreens lol

Hmm, I'm starting to think that Niacin works for people whose acne is caused by problems in metabolism, while Zinc works for people whose acne is caused by hormonal problems.
