Haha, if it's "timed release" it will take however long it says. It SHOULD say it on there. I think some go for 8 hours..

I just took a Niacin tablet 500 mg the Flush kind around 5 min ago.

About 40 minutes. It lasted longer than I thought, but before I knew it it just kind of fades away very quickly.
Wait is the 500mg your first dose? If it is, then boy will you be in for a flush. The bottle I have is in 100mg dosages.

Yes its 500 mg. So how long does it take for the side effects to take place after you take the pill cus i took it like 30 min ago?
