I did the sea salt water flush and nothing happened. I read that it usually takes an hour, but for me, nothing happened. I followed the directions. 1litre water , 2 teaspoon unrefuned sea salt. anyone experience the same thing?

Did you make sure that the water was warm->hot? It really helps. For me, it took about 30 minutes.

The very first time I tried, nothing happened either. Then the 2nd time around, I added more salt and WHAMMO. What a clean feeling!

Just remember that it's better to be more salty, than not salty enough. But one time I over salted it, and DANG it was hard to take! But sure enough, it worked. Thank goodness I was near a bathroom. (Duh...I'm at home...user posted image)

It's just to cleanse out your bowels, or to help with constipation. It literally pushes everything out until you get butt pee! tongue.gif It makes you feel really cleansed. And yes, for best results, use uniodized sea salt.

Your local health food store should have it. I also found it at my supermarket, but I couldn't be sure if it was uniodized, so I picked up a box at my health food store for a bit more $$$.
