I've been using Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner and drink for the past two weeks. I love it. I'm pretty much convinced it's gonna be the cure for my acne.

I was wondering from those of you that also use it, how often do you use it as a toner? Once a day? Twice a day? More? Do you dilute it?

I've been using it twice a day and slightly diluting it. Yesterday I decided not to put it on in the morning, and my face stayed really dry the whole day instead of being EXTREMELY oily like it normally is. This made me question whether I should maybe just use it at night. I don't want to back off if won't help as much just using it once a day, though.

Thoughts? Experience?

Thanks!!!

I use it twice a day, dilute 50/50 with water, as a normal toner on cotton wool. I'm not sure if that's helped my acne, but my overall skin tone looks much smoother and nicer...

I also drink it twice a day very diluted in water. I'm currently seeing how it goes smile.gif

Thanks! How long have you been using it as a toner and drinking it?
