Dear Everyone,

I hate Acne (who don't), and I have made an experiment for the past 6 months that I am going to share with you.

First, I cleared my skin quite well for 2 months (I will explain how later). I had no acne breakouts at all, until I ate again chocolate. Two days afterwards... WHOPS 5 pimples appeared on my face.

I HAVE NOT HAD BREAKOUTS FOR WEEKS.

I did not use any medication, creams, etc...

I HAVE USED SOMETHING that works the best -and I Guarantee it. It is a matter of effort, and attitude, because every person here in the world can have an acne free face, if they truly gain the effort and start with this daily routine that will change your life, physically, emotionally, and forever.

Drinking 105 OZ (3 Liters) of water EVERY DAY can extremely change your acne.

Don't drink water in one hour. Balance it out throughout your day, but make sure you don't drink less then that as well.

You will be shocked to see the extreme results of water compare to hundreds of dollars worth of products.

If you drink water for a month, you will start seeing dramatic changes. But wait!. You have to drink the amount of water I said earlier EVERY day for weeks. It will heal slowly and efficiently, and destroy scares, blemishes, pimples and more. Your skin will feel soft and smooth, and it will look like a movie star.

If you hate water, don't lose hope. Drinking that amount of water every day for 5 weeks, your body will get used to it. You will realize that you will want to drink more then 100 oz a day! I started with 64 oz, and slowly increased to more as my body demand for more.

Please listen to my advice. I promise you from my bottom of my heart that this will work - and it will cost free.

Also, avoid SUGAR. If you don't want that, then there is nothing you can do about acne. Sugar, and oil DO AFFECT YOUR SKIN - AND IT IS TRUE. I have made so many tests and experiments.

Anyways, please don't argue about this subject. I hope all of you who wants (and can) will start drinking water and be much healthier, and SMOOTH CLEAR SKIN for free!

Best regards!

=D>

Its good that you feel water is beneficial, because it is. But to say that drinking 105 oz. of water a day will clear you near 100% is to me not correct. I've been drinking water for about 2-3 years now with AT LEAST 64 oz. a day (if not more) every day for that time. I still get bad breakouts even though I do this. I do not eat candy or sweet things.

So, its fine to say "drink water, it will help", but to claim it will clear someone is not right.

Water does absolutely nothing for me. I gain an incredible amount of weight when I drink more than 1 1/2 liters of water a day. Not to mention I feel tired and lazy and bloated the whole day. Works for some, not for everyone. tongue.gif

Your body doesn't need that much water. (unless you are exercising a lot). You're just making your kidneys work hard. There is NO evidence that drinking water will clear acne. Correleation does not equal causation. Learn it and live it.

Drinking a lot of water is very good for you, if it's keeping you clear, then that's great! It helps fluch out the toxins and wastes despite the fact that "tH3r3 sno 3viD3nzce1!!!111!"

However some of need more than just a lot of water. But if that's all you needed, then great. Don't exagerate though... but 3 liters sounds good.

What we all need to remember is that everyone will experience different results. I find that when I do drink more water my skin looks better, but this is subjective, it may do nothing for some of you. Honestly, 3 L's of water isnt that much, I see what City meant about feeling bloated all day, but once you get use to it your body goes back to normal. I also think that what all of us tend to do is overload on water in one sitting instead of spacing our intake throughout the day. I also see what Locanar is saying "Your body doesn't need that much water." I agree with this because your not gonna have an 8 year old drink 3 L's of water unless they have been instructed to by a doctor. Water is important though and it does flush your system which is very important, but everyone needs to find there own rythm with it

Maybe some of you are right. However, drinking lots of water WILL clear your skin. And you know what; I think that if you drink 64 oz of water, not much will change. You have to drink EVERYDAY without keeping your body drinking lots of water and never stop. Avoid sweets. What’s the worse can happen?

I drank water now for months and my face look very good. But guess what, I've started eating more sugar in the past 3 weeks and not watching what I eat and in fact I had many breakouts this week in the first time for a long time.

You see, a diet (that requires lots of emotional and physical work) can keep you ACNE FREE its all about wanting and putting the effort without giving up.

Bump, I'm an active athelete and drink more then 3 litres of water myself, I did do a test like you, SURE it does make your skin look alot more healthy, but I wouldn't go to say as far as you will clear 100%. But a combination of the regimen, and drinking lots of water will definetly yield great results.

Fighting acne from a number of different fronts, is what ultimately gives you great results.

Also, I wouldn't advise going around saying drinking lots of water "WILL" clear your skin, i guarantee it will not hold up for everyone, and will probably cause more frustration then anything. I've suffered from BDD for years, and know the only way to clear skin, is to fight it from all different directions, and stay positive!

There's also a reason to why you would use multiple ways to clear your skin. I guarantee there will be days where you are not able to drink 3 litres of water, for whatever reason, it can, and will happen! That's why a combination of treatments always works better!

Cheers!

So do you have any other evidence? or just your personal experience? This is an extreme claim. You could do a lot of damage if you convinced people to do this with no real evidence. So, do you have any?

natoo: I don't agree with the tone of your post, but I understand your feelings. These "alternative" folks make you feel like the acne is your fault. You are right, it's a disease that requires medical treatment. If there turns out to be a diet factor then doctors will deal with that too. It's not your fault. There are just a lot of desperate people giving you their latest "cure." Of course they offer no evidence to support their claims. They throw around words like "detoxify" with no medical basis for them.

Don't worry. You are not alone, I'm on your side. wink.gif

Just be prepared, because if you challenge anyones "natural" "holistic" or "herbal" cure, they will become hateful toward you really quick.

I just urge you to take the high road, debate with logic, facts, and civility, even when you are crapped on and made to feel like it's your fault. Even if you don't, I'll understand. smile.gif

My goal was to help. People who don't want to help themselves have to complain. that is not my fault. It worked for me and I am sure it will work for many others. If you want to complain go somewhere else I really don't care and take anything to my heart. hm hm....

AcneFree,

Who gives you the authority to go around praising water stating it will guarantee to clear you 99%??

Did you know a hormonal imbalance can cause severe cystic acne? Do you honestly think an MD, or anyone with a brain would prescribe them to drink as much water as possible daily to restore their hormones to proper levels? Umm.. No.

Drinking lots of water to "help" improve the condition of the skin, is not rocket science, and it's been around since the dawn of the roman empire. Notice how I put "help" in quotations? Why? Because, it does just that, it "helps", it does not "cure", or totally "prevent" new breakouts to a success rate of 99%.

I mean, yes I know drinking plenty of water daily helps to flush out your system and benefits all organs including your skin, but please, don't go around stating it's going to cure your acne 99-100%.. it's just not true, if it were, trust me alot less people would have acne, and Dermatologists would be out of business or wouldn't exist in the first place.

I've taken a look at all the "fade" diets regarding the cure for acne.. The supposed build up of internal "toxins", or "mucus", inside your body, which contributes to inflammation, and can be re-produced outside of the skin, as a white-head. Some of these diets, commend 1-2 days a week of "fasting", How long do you honestly think someone could maintain fasting 1-2 days a week? For one.. Depriving your body of nutrients is not healthy to begin with. Initially you may see great improvements, but are you willing to give up not eating 1-2 days a week? Because if you are, remember your compensating your mental, and physical ability to focus and concentrate, just to see maybe, a 50% increase in the condition of your skin, it will NOT completely clear you by itself.

While I'm confident, over time a diet rich in raw foods, such as vegetables and fruits, will help improve the skin, AND other internal organs as well, we have to step back and take a look at the society we live in today. Not everyone wishes to live off a diet of raw foods, that's why we have other methods to fight acne, such as topical and oral medications. What also surprises me alot, is those people who say such things as "Well, way back when.. 60 years ago, or, back 200-300 years ago, the medical conditions (such as acne) never existed like they do today". Really? Do you think that's true? No.. they existed, but they had no clue as to what they were dealing with, because their medical knowledge isn't as advanced as it is today. Yes, I realize their are more processed foods, that can potentially contain dangerous chemcials, but laying the blame on acne, souly on processed foods, is wrong, and in the end I'll tell you will leave you frustrated (as i once was too).

What you have to first realize is if you have a "severe" case of acne, be it cystic or other, the first thing you should be doing is to have a physical exam, to make sure everything is in check. Sometimes certain medications can also cause sudden breakouts.

If you have mild/moderate acne, which most of the population will have sometime in the course of their life, there are lots of treatments available.

Living a healthy lifestyle is only going to make your job at fighting your acne condition alot easier, a healthier internal body is going to help to show a healthy body on the outside as well.

Good Luck, Cheers
