Hi,

I heard epsom salt is good for the skin whether you eat it or use it directly.

Here's a link:

Anyone tried it?

Yeah I posted that a while ago too! I think it's good to use in an epsom salt bath, maybe twice a week for kicks. You should also be able to use it as a direct face wash, but I've yet to try it like that.

As for eating it, it's NOT meant for eating, but as a gentle laxative. Therefore, it can help you to clean out your insides every once in a while. But I'm never gonna do THAT again. It tastes horrid and I hear that it's hard on your kidneys.

In any case, epsoms is a natural solution, so go ahead an try it. Tell us how it goes. biggrin.gif

Oh, are you doing the liver flush too? Good for you. :thumbs up:

But you know, epsom salts isn't the only way. There is the sea salt water flush (pretty hard to take as well) and magnesium citrate (an OTC laxative which tastes like sprite!).
