10 Bananas! WTF

i woke up late today, so lunch was at 230pm
egg yolk, ghee, salad of lettuce, peppers, cucumber, olive oil and salt

supper
egg, red pepper, ghee, salt, bragg's apple cider vinegar

snack
rice milk, unsweetened apple sauce, bragg's ACV, earl grey tea

SO far my triggers are nuts, dairy, most fruit (testing apple sauce and rice milk today), vegetable oils (olive oil is fine), fish (found this out recently), possibly chicken and definitely too much red meat. I'm thinking of trying a low fat, low protein diet.
I just started BCP and supplementing with raw ACV at meal times.

Ah, since you just messaged me about this, I'll tell ya what I had today!

Breakfast: Two slices of whole grain toast with vegan butter and sugar free jam. I had that with 2 mugs of Yogi green tea (the super antioxidant formula!)

Lunch: Two eggs and turkey bacon. The eggs were also fried in vegan butter.

Dinner: A massive bowl of steamed mixed veggies.

Post dinner snack because I'm home alone and bored: I took two soy yogurts, one blueberry one raspberry and put them in a bowl and lightly swirled them together. Then I put a bunch of blueberries and strawberries in the blender and hacked them up really small and poured it on top of the mix.

it was awsome.

Yesterday I did okay...but then finished the day off with some Milk Duds. Couldn't help myself....it's that time of the month for me and the kids were right there eating them in front of me! Ah well.

Today:
Breakfast: 3 eggs- 1 yoke, 2 whites on a slice of whole grain toast and a Starbuck's non fat vanilla latte (easy on the syrup)
Snack: Homeade chips/salsa
Lunch: Leftover jerk chicken- so good and good for me too! Also a spinach salad with tomatoes/cucumber and a little natural guacamole topped with my homeade vinegar dressing. Yummy.
Snack: Grapes and cottage cheese
Dinner: Not sure yet. I ran out of the house without taking something out of the freezer. Ugh.
Thinking of making some pasta sauce so I'll probably make spaghetti.

Sip on water all day...

I don't tend to eat bread, so bananas have become my staple lol.gif And I can assure you, they weren't eaten all at once - Its usually 5 at a time. Man, I've just left myself open with that last one...

I'm sure he meant the green, orange, yellow and red kind. You are really not covered just eating kidney beans.
--------------------

Made a pot of veggie soup last night with a large assortment lots of garlic and onions of course, canned tomatoes, assorted frozen veggies, collard greens, kidney beans and some quinoa. Broiled nectarine half for dessert.

Breakfast was this baked pear and walnut thing and a little later, another nectarine and some yogurt.

Lunch today was soup with half an avocado and lime juice added. And one half of this Indian thing with lentils, spinach and spices inside a flat bread that I buy each weekend at the Farmer's Market. Topped with yogurt. And then half a small canteloupe sprinkled with a Mexican spice mix for fruit, full of cayenne. Delicious on bland fruits.

Dinner is going to be the soup, the last of the Indian thing, the last nectarine and green smoothie of romaine and kiwi.

Then I'm going to freeze the rest of the soup and dig some fish out of the freezer for tomorrow.
