For the past 3 weeks I have been taking a multivitamin and a multimineral, drinking soymilk, cutting down on meat and fat and eating many vegatables and fruit.
Basically, in those three weeks, I had ONE zit! Besides my complexion looking a whole lot better (My red marks have pretty much faded), I also feel better. I have lots of energy and I just feel great overall.
Well, I hope that helps convince some people that diet can affect your face! And even if it doesnt, its good for your health to eat better.
