My first flush happened to have naturally fallen in the right timing.

What the hell, I'll do 1 tonight and then I can compare the results. This time, only half a cup of olive oil for me!

Yeah, I hate trying to get it right!

This liver flush looks very confusing...not to mention expensive. I want to try it, but I'd probably botch it. I don't even know what half the supplies you mentioned are.

Actually aksjdf, I've been thinking about it more and more, and the flush isn't that expensive. Lots of the things are just an added "bonus" to ensure that it goes well, smoothly, and safely. It could be done with the bare minimum of things, but of course, it's not really recommended.

*Apple juice
*Olive oil
*Half a grapefruit

How much is that? lol

The other things that we take are not just for the flush, but for overall health. That's why many of us go that route. We're health freaks!

I was going to flush tonight ... but changed my mind, I'm going to do it along with those moon cycles.

I read your personal regimen. I think I got it now.
