Soy milk shouldn't aggravate anyone's condition...afaik.

Best bet for cereal would be bran. Anything yeast and gluten free. Go for the fiber!

Porridge oats are great .... add some walnuts and pumpkin seed to make it totally nutritious.

You add virgin coconut oil into your breakfast cereal? :-k

AUS--any bran cereal is good. For instance, I like raisin bran cereal. Yum! They're everywhere! Just watch out for the ones with additives like (refined) sugar.

You should make sure it contains no "hydrogenated oils", "hydrogenated vegetable oils", and "vegetable shortening". Too bad they're in almost everything!!!

It only works when it's a warm cereal!

Nico - Virgin coconut oil contains no hydrogenated fat.

I have organic museli and crunchy rice flakes, and sprinkle on top fibre cleanse powder, LSA(Linseed, soy and Almond mix) and psyllium. Both cereals also contain psyllium. Then i add walnuts and then banana and pear. Then i pour in light soy milk with added calcium. Then i eat!
