I do still like their milkshakes, ONCE in a while...But that site makes me HATE mcd's.
suzy_rondelle - Awesome posts in this thread, I cannot agree more with the "if its not good for your body, its obviously not good for your skin".... Simple as that!
thanks! apparently that concept is too hard for some people to grasp, but hey, i'm not the one eating that shit

There is so much fat(unhealthy kind), sodium, sugar, and calories to fat ratio in ANYTHING they serve(except salads) that it will pretty much screw up your body. Every system of it.

I remember seeing a video on YouTube where they aged McDonald's hambuger and fries for a year (or something, maybe it was more?), versus the fresh foods that they are made of. While the fresh food was black, moldy and hard at the end of the test, the McDonald's food hadn't changed at all, except for it was now hard. I could have sworn it was "fresh" from the Mickey D's joint itself based solely on how it looked.
That's just nasty... just goes to show how much preservaties and miscellaneous chemicals they put into the food...
(Great. I'm saying all this and how I avoid fast food places, but I'm going on a trip in a week and we will end up stopping at one at some point.

We have triple cheese burgers in Australia. I ate them once and I had to drink a whole bottle of water to swallow down the after-taste.

They guys eat the chicken burgers before going to the gym every time for the protien.
Maybe in other parts of the world the burgers are not proper burgers but in my experience they are 100% beef/chicken and it doesnt effect anyone i knows acne.
But i eat is as convenience. I eat it because it because its quick energy and sustinance for long shifts.

I will say that I've been off it [lol like drugs?!XD] for about 2+ months & I feel really good about it! physically & financially...I always felt guilty after eating fast food, that it's bad for you and after a few times going it adds up. $$$!
If you aren't sure if it breaks you out, give it up for a while and see if anything changes.

how does one know if they have gallstones?Yeah I'd advise you to not eat at Mcdonald's lol, I had to get my gallbladder removed when I was 16-17 because I had gallstones. Oh, and I have never been overweight.
I know I got them from fast food because you get them from fatty foods, lucky me. I don't eat fast food anymore.

It was the worst pain I've ever experienced, on the upper right side of my abdomen. I suffered for like 7 months.
