I was wondering if you break out more in the winter or summer?or does it not matter and you break out no matter what the weather is?seems to me in the summer you sweat more and break out more but thats just me.I still can break out in the winter but its so cold here right now i dont think acne likes the cold for some reason.

Winter. My skin gets dry and irritated and that breaks me out more.
In the summer, the sun, the ocean, and fresh air seems to have me clear.

As long as it's not too humid...

New supplement regimen:50mgs of zinc twice a day,200mcg of chromium picolinate once a day,500mg of turmeric once a day.

Winter , even though i just finished my accutane course , my skin still look like shit because its so cold here and my skin is all dry and ugly and the red marks seem to show more when my skin is dry , even though i sweat a lot during the summer and i play a lot of sports , my skin seems to be doing a lot better . Summer is so refreshing and the sun makes me happy , that seems to help .

Winter! Bc where i live it is super humid and my face fills really oily and and ekky. And my hair sticks to the side of my face. My face doesnt dry out like everyone else, instead i get mean whiteheads . But my body gets super dry and itchy. Weird. I hate san antonio weather.

Winter usually due to stress related to classes. Fall is by far my worst skin-time. Spring is usually pretty good, and by the time summer rolls around, I'm pretty oily but strangely without the stress, my skin is amazingly clear.

Definetly in the winter as my face get's so dry and irritated...I live in chicago and the winters here are very harsh, to say the least. I think it's a combo of the cold and the fact I have to keep a scarf around my face at all times...it causes lots of irritation. I know the sun isn't good for your skin, but I notice it tones it up a lot and minimizes the pores.
