People says beauty is only skin deep,

looks can be deceiving,

but forgotten that most people are just this shallow.

Whenever I feel down about my skin I turn on ESPN for some Derick Rose, Kevin Durant, or Montey Ellis highlights to make me feel better. Kevin Durant is the best because here's a guy with maximum confidence but has some of the worse skin on television. I mean to be able to go to the free throw line with that face blaring and inflamed, knowing that ESPN or TNT or whoever has their High Definition camera focused on that punim-AND STILL knock down the shot like its nothing but work. He's my hero.

How I got clear...

Am: Gently wash face with warm water, ACV and green tea mixed evenly toner after.

Pm: Shave(exfoliate) with pacific shaving company natural shaving cream/ gently cleanse face with jojoba oil/ shower off with warm water/ ACV&green tea toner after shower.

Diet: Eat whatever the hell I want but low carb/high fiber/high protein conscious. Take mens 1 a day multivitamin, 1200mg fish oil soft gel, 400mg eluethero twice a day, 40 grams whey protein isolate twice a day, 2 cap fulls of ACV twice a day, plenty of espresso and green tea throughout the day.

S'pose it just goes to show you, i can see your way of thinking! Johnny deep has pretty scarred skin you can see from his film the secret window whilst hes eating corn at the end, and i always thought he had amazing skin, i think its not as noticable to the majority but the minority espes when looking for it!
