1482 downloadsI don't really get acne very often, but I thought this counted as the same thing so i tried proactive and everything else until i was told benzol peroxide, and sterilic acid were actually for killing bacteria and infection in infected and inflamed acne which mine is not and that peroxide and stuff actually makes it worse because it makes the plugs in my skin even harder. So specifically for whiteheads i've tried this stuff from the U.k. that you was just grape oil with vitamins that you rub into your face all like three times a day for 15 minutes and it's supposed to dissolve them and the lady convinced me no more popping, and it was just a waste of time rubbing oil into my face for a month and they got worse (I started getting regular pimples and blackheads in addition to my first problem) she said that was good that means it's working she convinced me to do it for another month and they got even worse so i quit. i just ordered this stuff from skintactix specifically for whiteheads that's supposed to dissolve them too, but this stuff burns so i figured it might be better at dissolving things than oil, but I have been using it almost a month now with no results except for thousands of Whiteheads so many it like there is more than one in everysingle pore they are like overlapping and they squeeze out easily, but it would take me hours and i would have to do it over a couple days and after the swelling goes down that definately helps the way my face looks Popping them is the absolute only thing that I have ever found to get them out of my skin, but they come back in a couple of days and i can't keep up with that. It also says at the skintactix website that alot of whiteheads are almost always associated with a linoleic acid deficiency so I got some safflower and flaxseed oil too. It also says this will only help with getting future white heads and not clearing existing ones, but I have a whitehead in everysingle pore. so does this mean if I really do have a linoleic acid deficiency and i fix the problem and i pop them all they won't come back? I'm so confused about everything and don't know what to do I ordered some BHA samples from paula's choice I don't think i have tried that yet. Does anybody else have a severe Whitehead Problem? The reason my skin looks red in the photo is because I just put some burning skintactix blackhead/whitehead dissolver on it. Help I have so much stuff inside my skin that it feels itchy not because it's dry but because they need squeezed and when i follow the rules of not squeezing, my skin get's grosser and grosser.
Pimples come and Go, but Whiteheads are Permanent
I also have used skintactix but the other version which is bion-research. its the same thing but different name. i also have this exact problem i'm full of under the skin whiteheads. I recently was told that my skin was like that because i've clogged my skin so much with product to the point that its now really hard to get rid of this. this is what you need to do. you need to get a mild antibacterial cleanser and buy a high frequency machine. You're probably thinking "mild" cleanser?! yes, mild cleanser. skintactix has a lot of types of oils for the skin but sometimes i'ts not good for acne sufferers who have closed comedones. I've used the same product as you did for 3 months and it got worse. it sucks because i've used 6 different lines! 6!! I've had acne for 4 years and it just keeps getting worse and more persistant.
So get a cleanser and vitamin A serum. check out vivant skin care. it states that you need to over exfoliate your skin to get rid of those white heads. they need to come to the surface to get rid of and this vitamin a will shed layers of dead skin cells but it takes a couple of months before you can see half of them gone
so here's your 2 options:
1. antibacterial soap with high frequency only
2. antibacterial soap with vitamin a serum but will take a little longer
if you want to know the person that sells the antibacterial soap and the high frequency machine let me know. she's located in the uk so shipping might be a little more than usual. she promises money back on all her products and machines if they dont clear your skin in 2 months. she's a lady taht sells all her stuff on ebay and will talk to you about any concerns you have with your skin. she was the one who told me to stop using everything to get my skin to relax and to stop clogging my pores with so much product.
btw, if you don't know what a high frequency machine then google search it. in a nutshell, it helps zap away any problem skin you might have whether it's closed comedones, pustules, papules or blackheads. what it does is it stimules all the way to the bottom layer of the skin where the blood and the bacteria occurs. you use it 15 mins a day but don't over use it because it can dry out your skin and cause it to be more clogged if not use properly. she has directions on everything!

all of them didn't work for me.
you don't have to take my advice but try not to use pore clogging products, the less ingredients in your product the better. stay away from oils! if you want to know what you should stay away from: type comedogenic and skin irritant products in cosmetics. there should be a few on the list.
One more thing, try to stay away from spas. I went to 4 different spas and probably have had an acne facial every other week for 2 years and it doesn't help. acne is something that has to pass. you will pay thousands of dollars but getting facials does not put your acne in remission. I'm not really sure how to get rid of my acne yet but i will just tell you what i know all you can do is just do trial and error. i hope i helped a little.
i also bought as blue led light and red led light to get rid my acne. I'll also let you know how that works as well.
please do not lose hope, it will get better you just have to be knowledgeable about your skin.
