I have a couple...really embarrassing. I dont even want to go to school tomorrow.
What kind of concealers do you people use to mask the redness?

It depends on your skintone. Many people use a green concealer to mask redness, but on someone (like me) who already has a very "green" (re: olive) complexion, it just looks strange.
I personally use a very pale yellow concealer that is highly pigmented:
Everyday Minerals Intensive Light Concealer
One of the best concealers I found was Maybelline's Pur Concealer (pencil concealer with green labelling)....it has salicylic acid in it as well, so it helped to dry out my zits while covering them extremely well.

I have a good system going now for hiding acne with makeup. I use a Clinque mask for acne and lightly dab it on the pimple, just so it's barely showing. Then I wait for it to dry and add concealer, and then foundation all over. I set it with pressed powder and it disappears!

I like Revlon ColorStay concealer, dabbed on with my finger. Dabbing, instead of spreading or smearing, is really important for keeping the makeup where you want it to be.
Also, of course, put your concealer on after your foundation. Put it on before and your foundation application will just wipe the concealer away.

if you'e ever in a pinch just apply a liquid or creme foundation with good coverage and then use yur finger to dab a little excess on top of the zits. for the future i recomment picking up some dermablend quick-fix concealer.
