Tomrrow is my first day of Spring Break vacation.... I get a whole week off from school and I want to use this time to eat healthier and learn more interesting facts about vitamins and other scientific mumbo-jumbo.....
umm... I want to eat fruits the whole week and avoid meat... I want to know fresh recipees that are, well, not cooked or mildly cooked.. May I get any suggestions???? Like how to make delicious smoothies...... hmm....smoothies.....arrrarrrraragrhrrrghrrrr

If you like smoothies, try to get some frozen strawberries, and an apple. Blend in water. Doesn't sound too tasty, but it is. Plus it's very healthy because it's free of addivitives and corn syrup/sugar.
