Does apples,oranges, and bananas aggervate acne....???
Does whole wheat bread and peanut butter aggervate acne???

As for peanut butter, you may want to avoid ones that contain 'hydrogenated oil', which contains more saturated fat. I don't think it's aggravating though.

In general, it's best to cut down on refined breads and cereals. They are easily digested, which leads to a chain reaction in the body: an increased amount in sugar, which in turn allows the body to produce high levels of insulin. The insulin growth factor (IGF). These elevated levels lead to an excess of male hormones which could cause your pores to secrete some sebum. This is only in theory of course, but not everyone will have this severe a reaction.
Just eat everything in moderation and you'll be ok!
