So we basically need to starve ourselves cause most foods are in the list.

Again, I don't think that we need to go to extremes. ALL the food you're eating right now is probably already chock full of herbicides, pesticides, and toxins. We still depend on our bodys' immune system to rid of all the wastes, which is why our colon has been deemed, "the king of our health!" Sound weird? Believe it!

Take everything in stride and don't worry about it too much.
