Hello,
i have been reading things about skin problem and intestinal problems and it seems to me that you need to detoxify your body to start clearing your skin problem, liver flushing is a part of it but this will not clean our your color or lower intestines wich do affect your skin. I was wondering what would anybody in the know here reccomend to detoxify the instestinal system? I have seen a few pill systems wich seem very promising containing all the right herbs and such but there are too many choices.
If anyone would like to help i'd appreciate it. Remember after you detoxify your body from old toxins, waste, bile then actually you can benefit from your supplements, diet and everything else.
Thanks!
Body Detox-not liver flush

I agree. The process of detoxification is very important to your current state of wellness and health. Right now, I'm juice fasting, using a number of different recipes and giving my digestive system a rest, while allowing it to expel lots of pent up wastes. I guess, in a way, it's a natural detoxification. There are many store bought ones as well.

I really haven't done any research on these yet, but your best bet would be to ask Shellycat on the curezone forum:

She knows everything! And always answers your questions.
