i do feel a bit guilty for totally ignoring the topic of this shiny new forum...so i will kick it off by saying this:

Diet DOES NOT AFFECT ur acne...

if it did, all those afflicted would need to do is alter their diet and problem solved, it wouldn't be difficult to do this as there just aren't that many food types out there.

This is all genetic & hormonal.
