people report that dairy is bad for their acne. But Im happy to report that dairy does NOT cause acne for me at all! I've been eating a lot of dairy in the past 4 weeks and my skin looks really nice right now, only 1 zit, calm, radiant. Im so happy=) I think this low-glycemic diet Im following is helping a lot. But Im glad I can eat cheese with no worries now! I think the stress about avoiding dairy was causing more acne for me hehe. Maybe I'll try a little soy now too, Im still scared though.

My skin is clear for the most part. I do have some blackheads and I also break out a bit along my jawline. It's definitely not perfect, but I guess I shouldn't complain. I'm resigned to the slight problem I have with blackheads, but I would like to see less on the jawline (probably hormonal?). My skin is very pale and my pimples leave little red marks that last quite a while, so it can look like I have more pimples than I actually do (which is frustrating).

Milk is good for your teeth and bones and they are more importent than your skin in my opinion.

Well in certain cases maybe. But for some bad skin can impact their entire life, so i understand that. Plus, you can get calcium from leafy greens and broccoli.
