Greetings to all,

I had been posting on the Voy forum regarding this topic. You may want to go to the archives there for more information about my treatments.

I had done a lot of research on scar treatments before deciding on Subcision / N-Lite. Actually, over the years I tried collagen injections (big waste of money), a test area of CO2 laser and even Retin A. The end result was nothing. My advice for anyone interested in CO2 is think twice and really do research. Burning the top layer of skin off will not fix anything but the shallowest of scars. Remember docs who bought CO2 machines have big payments to make each month!

My surgeon is Dr. Jeffery Rapaport who offices just outside of New York City. I live in Dallas. I came across Dr. R's web site while doing research. I studied his write up on subcision / N-Lite and it made perfectly good sense to me. I followed up with specific research from scientific journals on the topic and learned that there was a lot of merit to subcision. I followed the Voy forum and contacted several people who had the treatment with Dr. R. Some reported outstanding success and some reported results that were less impressive. No one was disappointed. I decided to give it a try. And oh yes, I decided to document the treatment with pictures so I could see for myself how well it worked. I am very pleased with the overall results as you can see for yourself. I really need to post some final pictures because over the past few months my skin has continued to improve. It is not perfect but I'd say that I have had a 65-70% improvement... which is outstanding! Dr. R. says that further improvement can be achieved with fat injections. I believe him and may take him up on his offer real soon. I am undecided because the results have been real good so far that I am not sure I want to tamper with what has worked.

I invite you to check out Dr. R's website for more details regarding his Subcision / N-Lite treatment. http://www.cosmetics...skin-acne.shtml

Feel free to ask me questions here or via e-mail if I can help you in some way. If I don't reply here promptly please try e-mail. I don't always have time to review these message boards.

Hope all you guys know that MR.G IS the guy (Michael) in the first link.

Hey Michael (MR G) - thank you so much for posting!! Your photos are inspiring!! :)

Michael, on your website, it said that you were going to have another subcision session - done it yet? Also, did you have the N-lite and subcision done at the same time?
