I've been on Spiro for about three months, and it's working pretty well.
I've also been on minocycline for about eleven months now.

Is it okay to drink with these drugs in my system?

I know alcohol dehydrates me, and spiro is a diuretic, so I would think there'd be some danger there of getting too dehydrated. Other than that I'm not sure, but maybe someone else will know.

i've heard that it can make you more sensitive to it, and to not go bonkers, but no interacitons. stay hydrated, be smart.

i say this as i'm popping my 50 mg of evening spiro and drinking a beer smile.gif

I've gotten horribly hammered while taking spironolactone a number of times and never had any problems (except the usual hangovers!).
