I have been eating healthy for a couple years now, eating real healthy alone improved my skin but It still looked bad, over the past 2 years some of the biggest contributors to overall better skin was coconut oil (External & Internal use) Fish oil, colonics and bowel management, Exercise and more. But I just did 3 liver flushes in 6 weeks and it has really improved my skin, less oily and just feels better. So the first link is before and the next link is what I took yesterday. Tell me what you guys think of my skin.

Jeremiah 17:7-8

7 “ Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
And whose hope is the LORD.
8 For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear[a] when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit

I eat a few apples a day for fruit, baby carrots and btw I try to make all my fruits and veggies organic. I put chicken on my salad with sprouts brocolli, I eat salmon and green beans 3-4 times a week. I take perfect food by garden of life, take coconut oil, fish oil, take zinc, eat a few raw eggs a day etc. I exercise pretty hard 3-5 times a week. I try to do a candida cleanse and a parasite cleanse. I am also in the process of doing 2 or more liver flushes and I also take detox tea and other herbs.

I think congratulations on your achievement, but you look pretty good in the first pic as far as I'm concerned... I wish I had skin like that.

well you kind of look younger in the after pic but that could be due to camera angle/lighting, etc.

Anyways, congrats, because you do look healthier.

i basically follow the same diet, with some nuts and eggs, as well. But lately my skin is getting worse, more oil with acne. any reason why you don't eat nuts and eggs? and also, do you only eat apples and, if so, why don't you eat other fruit?

can you give me a resumen of how the 3 flushes went?

did the number of stones increase/decrease from flush to flush?

any sand?

did the size of the stones change?

Where do you feel the most uproar in your body? i always have a lot of uproar on the right side of my stomach, all the way from the liver down. this uproar, positive abroar - as if a machie tries to start - is only on the right.

what do you think of back to back flushes and flushes with coconut oil?

it would be great if you could answer all the question.

keep flushin

I have seen polls at curezone according to which flushing works for about 50 to 60 % of the people with acne problems. It does not for everybody. Still the question is are you doing it right.

As far as the flushes go, the first flush I fasted on nothing but Apples and Cucumbers for nearly 4 days, the apples help break up the stones. Then the day of I did the whole Epsom salt and at night took the Olive Oil and Lemon juice mixture which tastes awful every time. First time I got out tons of stones and around 5-10 green stones. The second and third flush produced less stones and sand but still a fair amount. I am doing my 4th flush in 8 weeks on Friday.

I never really had a uproar in my stomach, but the next morning I have pretty bad stomach aches until I have a few bowel movements. As far as flushes with coconut oil, I could never do that with the lemon, I drink coconut oil everyday and cook with food, but half a cup with lemon juice, yeah if you can do it more power to you but I couldn't.

Also I wanted to show you guys what a healthy diet mixed with liver flushes can do for your physical body. Here is a picture of what I look like after all this, sorry for the weird face, it was a joke with some friends, we were in my room with a camera joking around. I will also post the work out routines I do, its a mix between High Intensity Cardio with a military style workout.

If you have any questions let me know.

Also, with liver flushes, cleaning your liver is one of the most powerful things you can do for your skin, it filters everything, Hormones that regulate oil production and so much more, it might take someone 20+ flushes to get it cleaned out, then you have to cleanse other parts of your body, bottom line is this, if your body is working properly you won't get acne, that simple, no other way around it. Its the same losing weight, no secret, no magic pill.
