An AHA lotion or serum. I used the same 20% AHA serum I use on my face to fade a few marks on my décolleté and started using a 5% AHA lotion everyday all over my body to help even out my skin tone overall-and it has been working beautifully. The marks on my chest and neck area faded within a little over a week-but the marks on my face are a bit more stubborn.

A year ago I was using a "whitening" cream for my marks but found it did more harm than good-some people swear by them but in my opinion it is a temporary solution that can cause further discoloration not to mention a pasty appearance. I have been using a self tanning system in conjunction with my skin care regimen (which revolves around the use of AHA+BHA products and exfoliation) to lessen the appearance of my marks.

So there are many options out there to heal marks and lessen their appearance.

Just some ideas...
