I'd like to add a UK based one if I may, a service partly run by a friend of mine:
http://www.thecalmzone.net
0800 58 58 58
This is a counselling helpline aimed specifically at young men. Anyone can call, but the main thrust of the service is that it is there for people who would not normally feel comfortable calling a counselling service. Very down to earth people on the phones from 5pm to 3am. UK only of course, but might be of use to someone.
Take care all

I also found http://www.crazymeds.org is a great site for the real low down on all flavors of being 'mentally interesting'.
My 2 Cents(Euro):You can stuff the valium and SSRIS I'll stick with vodka for the anxiety and running for the depression.

The Samaritans are a UK-based charity which now provides an email support service. This can be used by anyone around the world, in fact the only requirement is that you are able to speak English. No problem is too big or too small, and it's 100% confidential. Your email will be answered by one of their volunteers, normally within 24 hours.
