Pretty startling clip of blackhead extraction. Seems to have been shot with a scopic camera. Maybe this is what dermatologists do for fun?

When blackheads are extracted they can appear in two different ways depending on how long they have been in your pore. The film shows both types. If the blackhead has been in you pore for years, when extraced it will appear yellow/blackish, conical and solid. If its a recently formed blackhead, only the tip will have oxidisied and hardened. The rest of the pore will still be filled with whiteish translucent sebum.

The problem is that blackheads do not go away. Even if you leave them alone and they eventually dry out in your late 40's, early 50's, and yes I mean late 40's, early 50's, your pores will have been distended to such an extent that you will still have those enlarged pores. I say squeeze out GENTLY and use SA acid.

So squeeze our GENTLY, and use lot of SA acid and ice water.

that was disgusting. i don't know why i watched the whole thing! i'm never picking or squeezing again. i feel sick to my stomach.

I did not find it disgusting or appalling. I guess that's because I see much worse everyday in my work. It looked actually a whole heck of a lot more clean than some of the things I see everyday.
