strangely some sources write "enhanced healing" instead of scar free.

And it may really be just that, a "band-aid" for faster healing for burn wounds, none of that scar free stuff. Which would explain the little hype and funding

My scars are itching and this constant itch has ruined my life because it makes me unable to truly enjoy anything. I'm contemplating suicide.

If a cure is 3-4 years away, either hydrogel or the electric-something treatment, I can hold out, but if it's 5+ years I feel it's not worth it.

This is basic hypoxia study, nothing to do with the wound healing, let alone application potential

So why does it talk about "promote rapid neovascularization from the host tissue during subcutaneous wound healing"? Do you know?

Hypoxia cause angiogenesis/neovascularization, similar reason to cause cancer, which is full of blood vessels.

Neovascuarization is good wound healing, but also is a reason to cause scar formation. Some treatment uses anti-angiogensis

Skinregenerator, It states in here it will be classed as class II.

http://eng.jhu.edu/w...rs-of-hydrogel/

Good to know, but the Integra, the control group, was originally filed as class III. Hydrogel could be classified as I, II, or III. it depends on what is your application...

I don't have acne scars like most people here. I have hypertrophic scars from past half assed suicide attempts.
