seems like a good idea, but find this very hard when i don't cook meals (live with my parents & siblings).

i believe the diet thing, however you seemed to of copy and pasted the exact words from other diet posts, which suggests this might not be real?

Awesome to hear a success story that is keeping acne at bay/away. I myself am trying this and am very excited!! Especially knowing people have had success with it!!
