Why do antibiotics work initally and then wear off after some time?

I have tried antibiotics several times. They clear me up great at first, but then after a while they don't help at all. Has this happen with you guys and what do we make of this? I have mild acne btw.

Would a person who has never had acne in there life (i.e. a child or just anyone who has perfect skin) have an initial breakout if they took accutane??

Bryan, the sebum master, can you please inform the acne.org community on how oily skin does not prevent wrinkles. And can you please let everyone know if you think accutane could cause wrinkles.

People who claim oily skin wrinkles less than normal or dry skin don't have a clue what they are talking about. Wrinkles have to do with collagen and elastin, not sebum which is absolutely useless.

Does accutane improve photoaging or increase aging of the skin

I have read things saying that accutane can reduce the signs of photoaging (wrinkles) and i've heard it can cause wrinkles because it thins the skin. Which one is it?!?!?!
