Okay i tried googling how to find a dermatologist in my area but most looked really shady. Is there a legit site where i can search for a nearby dermatologist? I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks.

Does anyone know if self-tanning products will cause more acne? I don't want to go out in the sun nor go to a tanning bed and i heard self-tanning is the safest way to go. I have mild back acne -it used to be bad but now i only have scars all over that i want to try and hide them because they have been there for a long time and they dont seem to fade out completely. I also have some chest acne. A few are still active but they are calming down after using AHA and now they leave hideous red marks. And i also want a tan this summer because i am so pale. Any advice would be much appreciated. thanks

I'm using Olay COmplete for sensitive skin with spf 15 as my moisturizer during the day but the problem is it turns my face tomato red and makes it really greasy...this never happens when i apply AHA instead but i need something with spf to use during the day since it is getting really sunny and hot where i'm living. Does anyone experience this? I would really appreciate any suggestions for a lighter moisturizer that perhaps is more soothing to the skin and comes with spf. thanks

Okay so i start a weight gaining program to build some mass over the last week and right when i started, i notice my acne (which was improving with the regimen) started to return! My chin erupted this week and the scars are getting "darker" and more noticeable. My body broke out too especially my chest and shoulders. I don't know what is going on.
The only thing i added to my diet was protein shakes mixed with milk. Is this the cause? I'm so confused...the regimen isn't really helping it. I notice before that when i breakout it goes away in a day or two with the BP but now it takes much longer...Does this happen to anyone else? I'd appreciate any advice. thanks

Hey everyone,
I'm going on my fourth week on the regimen and i'm planning to purchase the AHA soon as a substitute to my current moisturizer. My skin seems to be pretty much adjusted to the BP. But i've heard that AHA can cause irritation when paired with BP so my question is, would it be better to use a small amount first? i mean instead of all over my face should i use it just for the dry area and red marks? Any suggestions would be really appreciated. thanks! |
