Fraxel full of shit?

I have some deep tissue scarring on my right cheek and some normal ice pick like scars on my left... aftermath of accutane but at least Im acne free so I am thankful to it. Now I am really annoyed by these scars, they are just keep my confidence level down and buried.

I've been researching about fraxel for a while now, most people say its a really good treatment actually the best treatment available right now for all sorts of scarring. If the results are worth it, money is not a issue... I can save up, make some sacrifices, cut back on things for a while to pay for this procedure if it will make my scarring any better just not minimal... I need at least 50% improvement... I have dark toned skin, so some of the procedures have more downsides then upsides such as hyper pigmentation.

HELP ME FIND A SOLUTION.

I am looking for a new cleanser because my skin is getting oily again after accutane, and IM just having nightmares about pimples everyday... even a slight neglect in my skin care routine brings a tiny white head on my skin and freaks me out because I do not wish to go through the 7 years of hell again...

Post Accutane Regime for clear skin and scar fading

I'm finally finished with my accutane course. and Now I am searching for a regimen that will help fade my scars/marks leftover yet be beneficial for my skin and keep it healthy.

I was looking into Alpha Hydrox products, the Nourishing cleanser with Vitamins and the enhanced Lotion or souffle 12% AHA.

How long should I wait before I can use these products post accutane? Would you recommend them for acne marks/scars? Or should I just continue using Spectrojel and Aveeno moisturizer and see if time will heal and then get some procedure in the future for marks/scars?

I was thinking of this regime for a clearer face..

Morning:
Cleanse Alpha Hydrox Foaming Face Wash or Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing bar, Antibacterial
Moisturize Aveeno Daily Ultra Calming moisturizer

Night:
Cleanse Alpha Hydrox Nourishing Cleanser
Moisturize/Exfoliate Alpha Hydrox Souffle or Enhanced Lotion

Desperate to get rid of these marks and scars and have normal skin like everyone else, I've been suffering for 7 years with acne and now with marks... I finally have the guts to see my face in the mirror after a few years of suffering, now with marks it still looks pretty bad.
