Is it true that acne now means less wrinkles when older?

I've seen this idea thrown around a few times and I just want to know if its accurate.

Are my scars treatable? (severe)

This is a never ending nightmare.

Is it Teen acne or Adult acne?

Just to summarize I'm a 19 year old male and I first started getting acne at 13. For the first couple of years I had a lot of small red bumps and white heads spread out over my entire face, but for the past year I've developed very little acne in those areas and instead deep hardened cysts on my jawline and neck. Would you consider this a transition to adult acne? aka am I screwed for life now?

Oozing cyst - what to do?

Should I give it a slight squeeze to help drain it or just let it be? Also it seems smaller than a few days ago I suppose that means its healing.
