I know there is already a thread or two on the subject, but bear with me.

About a month ago I developed a giant cyst on the side of my face after accidentally ingesting peanuts, which I am allergic to. Somehow I only managed to get one, which was lucky, however, it was in a painful spot (on the hinge of my jaw) so I decided to get it injected. About a week after the injection, I noticed a depression where the injection had been. A pretty deep one...

I've read countless times that they fill themselves in after about a year, but I'm wondering if anyone has had success with saline injections to stimulate cell regrowth.

I'm not sure how this works, or if it's a great idea. I havent found much useful info on the internet.

I'm really quite upset that this happened. Most people have no problem with injections, and this was the first time I had even considered one. Lucky me.

I was in a music store today, paying for some records, and the girl at the register complimented me on my skin. She said "you're very pretty, and I'm jealous of your skin!"

cjdjsnvrejnvjer fv fjnej ccn j cejncrnr ejfhwijn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's the first time in my ENTIRE LIFE that anyone has ever complimented my skin. Most people wouldn't think this is a big deal, but after having suffered from atrocious acne since I was a preteen, it felt amazing.

Any other long term sufferers here been completely bewildered by something like this? I really didn't think I' ever hear someone say that to me.

(thank you accutane)

I use Physicians Formula mineral foundation. It is the only mineral makeup I've ever liked! Oddly enough, I've tried the expensive brands, but they just don't look as good on me as the drug store alternative.

Anyway, I notice that when I use mineral makeup (any brand) it sinks into fine lines on my face that I didn't even know I had! I'm stuck in a pickle between going natural and having my red marks show or wearing it and looking wrinkly. Blarrrgggg.

Is it just that the makeup is drying my skin during the day? I always apply lotion before I put on makeup, but it seems to get dryer throughout the day anyway.

Anyone else have this problem?

Any ladies here on a high dose BCP? I'm taking like, in the 50 mcg estrogen zone. I've been supressing my period with Zovia (35 mcg estrogen) and it has cleared my face, but I'm still getting a few of those annoying under the skin jaw line pimples. I'm wondering if I ask for a higher dose pill, if that will clear me completely.

I know that doctors are reluctant to prescribe high dose BC, but it can't be any more dangerous than accutane.
