My current skincare regimen is working out really well for me, but I don't want to add another cream to fade red marks. Is there any way to speed up the healing/post acne hyper-pigmentation internally? Or is it necessary to add another topical? I'm using Clinique 3-Step (original) if it matters

Well taking vitamin e,vitamin a,vitamin c are all good for your skin even if taken orally.drinking water also helps skin.
For the most part, I think topicals help more with hyperpigmentation.Acne may be affected by diet a lot for some people, but hyperpigmentation is a different story. I've also noticed if I drink a large amount of water my red marks seem lighter.I can't really explain this though =( |
