Can somebody please give me a list of the vitamans that are good for acne. I currently take, 3 fish oils a day, 2 multi-vitamens, b complex, and green tea..

does anyone use neem? I have himalaya purifying face wash and I have been using it for a few days. How well does it work for other people? Im using it because i rather not use any more bp because of all the chemicals and the long term effects etc... I have very little acne, once in a while a pimple or two.

I currently use oxy 10% bp acne face wash. I also have himalaya neem face wash that I am thinking about trying. Does anyone know if that stuff works? Im scared to try it then get pimples.
