When I order the regimen off the site it costs so much on taxes its almost a put off. Most US websites I order off (and I order of a few) just state "gift" on the product and this way I avoid having to pay any fees which keeps me the customer happy and wanting to purchase more. However having to pay a ridiculous amount on international shipping (more than most other US based companies) and then a hefty international custom fee is really taking the piss to be quite frank.
Please Dan sort this out , just add "gift" on the item and you can avoid it. I know it may be inappropriate to add this (as technically its not a gift) but in this day and age you have to use the loop holes to survive in the business world, hence almost every international company I order of which is foreign does this. I'm not trying to rant but just so this gets noticed please take care of your international customers some way or another as well as your domestic. We too are a big potential market.

All I wanted to say is that I have been on DKR for under a week so far and honestly speaking I think it is excellent! It has eliminated almost all my acne on my face and it spreads really very well. I was reluctant at first but it seems very good.
The only thing is im using it twice a day (day and night) and my skin is slightly flakey but nothing unbearable at all. In fact I feel its slightly exfoliating my skin very very gently (much less so than retin a but you can still see some flakiness) which is good for overall pigmentation problems in the long run. I feel if I were to use it once a day that it wouldnt have worked as fast. I was able to bear twice daily application only because I have used BP in the past before a lot. Also I must add that whilst I have cleared very well so far I dont expect to be 100% clear all the time whilst on the regimen. Its natural that every once in a while pimples will still come out but this gel seems to control it very well. I just wanted to say Dan it seems you have made a very good product! Thanks!

Okay 8 months ago I went through a cystic acne period. Not many but the few I did get left severe marks which up until today have still not completely faded. Maybe another 6-12 months. However recently I got marks from smaller pimples. No skin was damaged but the marks still remain, although much smaller. Will these marks fade quicker than the deep cystic ones?
I was wondering if anyone knew? I would like these to be gone in a couple of weeks.

Recently I have been getting pimples that are inflamed and dont seem to forms heads. They are still relatively small and I completely avoid touching them. I apply BP on them and they dont seem to increase in size, really hurt that much but also dont seem to go away. Does it take extra long for these types to go away? Also if no puss comes out from them will they come back again once they go away?

Since my 3 months break from accutane I went back to using DUAC BP gel with clindimycin. All has been good with it so far with little to no breakouts. Recently I placed an order for DKR since I heard so many good things about it and it worked out reasonably cheap. Yesterday I swapped from DUAC to DKR and today I have literally woken up with 4 new inflamed spots (most of which have no head). My skin also looks more irritated! So whats going on, I mean for once in my life I thought I had got passed the bad stages of acne ruining me and now all of a sudden this? Shall I go back to DUAC instead!?
I know its only been one night but this shouldn't have happened. Do you think the DKR is less effective than DUAC as its have the concentration of BP and doesn't have clindimycin? |
