Hello I am new here, just signed up because everyone on Yahoo answeres just laughed at me and were really immature.
Ok this may sound a bit odd, or normal I am not sure. I am 26 and ever since puberty I have had "white heads" on the shaft of my penis, some are quite deep and I cannot extract them but others are not as deep and can be extracted but they always come back in the same spot no matter what I do. I wash regularly so it is not a hygiene issue. I also get bad acne (mostly black heads) all over my nose and chin, I have ever since puberty and no matter what I try on my face it seems to stick around too! Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic acid, hydrogen peroxide and so on. It always comes back! also what causes some people to get acne more than others? I drink water every day too Thanks! Also I have never had sexual intercourse or any type of sexual play with another in my life so it cannot likely be STD. |

Hah! Thanks! I am glad I am not that guy and I know it is not warts because when they pop puss comes out like acne, and I had it since I was in late elementary school You could have caught an std upon birth, OR general contact at a very young age. My friend just had a c section because the docs didn't want the BABY to catch herpes, and she only had one little spot that she thought was probably just a razor bump. You can even catch herpes just from sitting in a puddle of water after someone. If the spots are reoccurring in the same place, that is also typical of herpes, as it creates a path from the central nervous system in your spine, where it lives, to the surface of the skin around the genitals, where it spreads. I'm not saying your infected, I'm saying that the internet is not the place to get diagnosed!!! The ONLY thing you need to do is see a doctor immediately WHILE the symptom is present. It's extremely difficult for a doctor to diagnose and test the problem if it's not present. Not having this looked at since puberty, which for you (26 like me) means 10+ years, is unacceptable for your age. Do not fool yourself or accept this condition as simple ol' acne. Even if it is, it's on your dick man, GO GET CHECKED OUT!!! Also, don't accept some vague answer from your doctor, which is more common than you think. They CAN test and identify exactly what it is most of the time, so be persistent. Then, once you've arrived at a proper diagnosis and treatment, go try to find a nice girlfriend. I can imagine how this would stump your confidence. Hell a normal zit on the face can stump most people's, but you can't ignore it, or accept it, or reach out to the dumbasses on the web to tell you how to fix it. Go see a professional, get it taken care of, no excuses or assumptions. Then go get laid of course |

this concern is un-warranted, STDs do not produce zits/pimples, they produce sores which are not what I am experiencing. What I am experiencing is a build up of sebum in my pores around the base and shaft only, not the glans. This is producing white-heads which when popped excrete the same type of substance (Puss) as it does on one's face or back.
You are correct, the internet is not the place to look for advice as when I tell them I know what it is, it is acne not STD, they sit there and tell me I am wrong or that it is possibly herpes which has completely different qualities to it than this acne I have. Unfortunately I do not have the resources to visit a doctor. Thanks for the replies, and I already have a nice girlfriend |

Go to a doctor; you're not going to get appropriate advice here. You need to be examined in person.

I agree you definitely need to be evaluated by a doctor. Acne on the penis is not a common phenomenom. You could have anything from benign sebaceous glands (fordyce spots...i don't think its proper to post pictures here but you can always wikipedia it) to an infection. See a doctor, there's no shame. This is not the right place to find your answer.
And there are always free clinics that you can go to...Not having the resources is not an excuse. |

Let's just put this on the table....
....if you don't quit making excuses, quit diagnosing yourself as if you're some doctor, or quit treating this as some normal condition that's just standard ol' acne, then you will be living the rest of your life with an infected penis that NO GIRL, not even your girl, will want to "mess with". You think she's going to go down on you or let you have sex with her with mysterious dick pimples? Resources? You have a computer don't you? I would sell everything I own to get this condition checked out professionally. You said you've had this since puberty. Do you know how much money you could have saved up for this in that amount of time? Whatever though, it's your pride, not mine. Enjoy. I'm sure you're girl won't. Trust me, I know, I'm not a virgin. I know how personal sex is. It can be far more embarrassing than pleasurable in a situation like yours ok. So you're options are: a) get checked out professionally while the condition is present or b) be stupid about it Pick one. |

Good Luck apparently no one here can read, and they are incredibly rude in their words. I have stated before, I do not have insurance, nor money or resources for a doctor so telling me to go to a doctor is like telling someone who has broken legs to play hop-scotch or run a 3 legged race. nyeh.. whatever, sorry to waste all your time I understand you cannot diagnose it, but I looked it up and it says it is very common and just needs to be treated with dove soap and heat (like a heating pad) |
