my 1st regimen (or as far as i can remember):
morning: cetaphil gentle skin cleanser oxy cleansing pads cetaphil facial moisturizer spf 15 night: cetaphil gentle skin cleanser clean & clear blackhead clearing pads tea tree oil cetaphil lotion this was WAY too harsh for anyone's skin, even if you have oily skin. i don't know what i was thinking when i used two alcohol based products in one day but i did get a lot of compliments on my skin. my 2nd regimen: morning: cetaphil gentle skin cleanser cetaphil facial moisturizer spf 15 night: cetaphil gentle skin cleanser tea tree oil cetaphil lotion aloe vera didn't really do anything... still got mild acne. my 3rd regimen: morning: cleanse with water lush tea tree water toner clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel night: lancome bi-facil make-up remover cleanse with water lush tea tree water toner clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel exfoliate: aspirin mask (3x/week) my skin TOTALLY turned around after this (washing with just water). however, i don't know if it was hormones acting up or something but nearing my "time of the month" i got REALLY bad breakouts. other than that, no acne whatsoever. my 4th regimen & current: morning: cleanse with water lush tea tree water toner clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel night: lancome bi-facil make-up remover aveeno clear complexion cream cleanser lush tea tree water toner bio-oil exfoliation: baking soda & water mixture (2x/week) st. ives apricot scrub (1x/week) methods i am going to try: oil cleansing method apple pack (korean) tomato pack (korean) carrot pack (korean) egg whites pack (korean) right now, my skin is where i want it to be. except, i broke out pretty badly but still considered mild acne due to stress from exams. i just started using aveeno clear complexion cream cleanser and at first i didn't think it was really doing anything but it really did help tone down the redness in my skin. i'm happy with it. i want to try more natrual skins masks and tone down my regimen. my mom is korean and grew up in korea and uses ~8 products on her face. i used to do the same however i want to stop as i don't think that is good for my skin. however, koreans are big on facials, masks etc so i will try some of those to see if they work.. |

Waiting the SMT D002 drug schechuled 2012 in order to stop this nightmare. *mod edit - url removed, please read the board rules* ______________________________________________________________________________ - I'm actually on a Isotretinoin "Low Dosage" of 0.1 mg / kg since Thursday, January 15, 2009 and I'm getting results like very slight dry lips since the second intake but without any other side effects. Four months in the future I'll apply a maitenance dose of 0.03 mg / kg each 6 or 7 days forever up to the SMT D002 realease without a liver accumulation of the drug at risk levels, so I won't punish my body or generate bad liver-responses as IB or Initial Breakouts. I'm happy because I've a permanent solution now without any other and unuseful course following a "remission dream or fantasy" since I've taken 500 mg / kg without successful to achieve it. If I've the solution now I won't cry instead and search other alternatives. Everything has been said and done, at least of myself. I won't sacrifice my life because acne again. - _____________________________________________________________ |

errr why are you laughing? That's because if a person with moderate acne and obviously severe acne do such thing the face become worst than a monster within a day. In the other side, water is not enough to clean the cumulative dirty, a gentle cleanser it's basic and I guess it's much better than a make-up remover for example. Bye

Do your john teshin' research before assuming something. Anyways, I don't even have mild acne anymore. 99% clear. Just because your method works for YOU, don't go suggesting everyone else to do it. It's MY face, not yours. Who are you to say what I should do to MY face? |

Who are you to say what I should do to MY face? So do not make a personal regimen in a public acne forum sweetheart.
