hi there every1, if someone could help me i would be gratefull,
i used to get loads an loads of spots when i was a teenager, then they suddenly stopped and i had loads of acne under my skin, eg, loads of red dots everywhere, . i know only get spots when i shave but i keep getting loads of open pores which then turn into scars, why do i keep getting them, if iam scared of using exfoilater incase it makes them worse, have i got active acne or just enlarged pores |

hi there iam 24, i used to have loads of acne , and it all went away with roaccutane, now i just get shaving spots on my chin, why do i keep getting scars all over my face, they are loads of tiny red holes in the skin, i thought u can only get scars if u had acne, can i have acne if i havnt got spots or pimples, altough my skin is quite irritating???? anyone then same

Ok, so I know you said you are afraid of exfoliating, but in the case of having red dots "under the skin" as you say- it sounds like you are experiencing a build of old skin cells that don't seem to be removing themselves fast enough. I would recommend trying to exfoliating system, just start small, and remember to use LOTS and LOTS of lotion, it is your best friend in this case. Don't use anything too harsh since it sounds like you might have sensitive skin if you are afraid of exfoliating.
