hey im new and i was jw if tea tree oil worked as well as bp? can u use it in place of it? this site has so much info smile.gif thanks so much!!

Tea tree oil burned my skin so bad. I know it is helpful for some people.

From everything I've read, I've gathered that, while some people are okay using tea tree oil for spot treatment, it's much too harsh to use the same way that The Regimen calls for BP.

No way. In fact, I wish I never touched tea tree oil. My skin was far too sensitive for it and perpetuated one of the worst outbreaks of my life.

*Alternate with Atralin on off-work days.


Night

CeraVe cleanser, Dan's BP, Dan's AHA*, Dan's jojoba oil and CeraVe moisturizing cream.
Zinc
*Skip on days I use Atralin.

Supposedly it works well for some, but you should make sure its diluted. I hated it though and it made my face swell up!! I would not recommend it if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
