Didnt think there was a link before but now I do. Had more free time last month and started doing it 2-3 times per week. Got some bad breakouts. I'll try to reduce it to my usual once a week, maybe try for less.
Interesting regimen. Don't think I have the time or patience to juice everyday and organic vegetable juice is $. Do you think a "green drink"/superfood like macro greens would be a good alternative? thanks
I feel the same way socially. Not to change the subject but can you list the supplements you're taking that help..........I'm currently taking low dose zinc, fish oil and a herb called neem with little to no improvement. thanks
