Well duh. Obviously she was advertising when she said she worked for a dermalogical company and had new product line. What is to expose? Nothing. That product line she was referring to is from a line called Unblemish. Its SA based. There, I just advertised please don't exploit me.
It makes sense in some regard because if the acid mantle in your skin is disrupted then bad things can happen like acne. Most cleansers like dial and safeguard are over an 8.5 on the pH scale making it highly basic for your skin. I think skin is around a 5.5 making more acidic. This acid mantle is your first line of defense for bacteria and fungi. I recommend either trying no cleansers or a cleanser that is pH balanced. I don't know of too many pH balanced cleansers but I know that Paula's choice line, Johnson's, and Dove are balanced.
Thats how it was for me man. I was seeing really good results and was expecting it to be my cure. But when I hit around 85% clear it stopped working and then actually started getting worse again better then worse. A repeating cycle that never reached good enough results. So I ended up scraping the regime. Its was kind of discouraging to because so many people had great success. And here once again I couldn't get over the hump.
Wow Rian I think I have the exact same bacne as you. I thought I was the only one that got small spots on my stomach. I feel your pain. Bacne is the devils design. Have you tried vinegar. People that try vinegar usually go about it wrong. Your supposed to start at a very low concentration like 10 parts water 1 part vinegar. Then there is H&S which didn't work for me. If you masterbate a lot that could be a cause. You may want to try a supplement called DIM. You can find out about DIM information in the nutrition section on the forum. Just some suggestions if you haven't tried them yet. Believe me if I find something that works for me I'll definitely let you know since your Bacne looks just like mine. Mine right now isn't as bad as yours though at the moment. I use johnsons baby wash. Its a really gentle soap. Which has considerably calmed down my breakouts but in no way is a ultimate solution.
Possibly, but its clear that the reason why some people have acne or not, regardless of lifestyles depends largely on genetics and other environmental factors. Thats not to say that you should use those circumstances as excuses not to clear your acne. Everybody has a solution, you just have to be fortunate to find it.
Yeah man this was the exact thing that happened to me. I used and I was convinced that I was going to go clear. And the party stopped at like 85% clear. I'm seeing a dermatologist but so far everything has fallen through. My condition isn't horribly bad but I think at this point I need accutane. I heard johnsons&johnsons head to toe is good for sensitive skin. Also maybe dove or the aveda lines. And don't for forget about Dan's cleanser. I used this, it was very gentle but wasn't clearing me so I discontinued the product.
Wow are you serious? No way is natural tanning the best. Its very unhealthy for your skin in some people cancer causing. Spray tanning or self tanners is the healthy choice. *MOD EDIT - Name calling isn't necessary.*
