  1. 23, still have acne

Have you tried bone broth? Helps seal the gut lining. I had those tests done before too, said I have zero gut inflammation which is clearly wrong with the amount of problems I have with food and acne! You could have: -Gut permeability -Candida/ parasites overgrowth -Or liver issues like you said
  2. Should I stop eating dairy products?

Fermented/ raw dairy is always better. Pasteurised/homogenized/ low fat dairy in any form is poison
  3. Yeah even a few squares of dark chocolate breaks me out, it sucks.. Everyone is different though, you might be able to eat it
  4. SADDEST I HAVE EVER BEEN

Hey dude forgot to say it, look up gut health and acne. I'm in the same boat as you man
  5. Op, sounds like you have the same issues as me. I used to eat tonnes of sweet potato and brown rice, but my gut hasn't been in good shape the last few years, and I developed food intolerances after antibiotics. You need to look into fermented foods and bone broth to heal the food issues, I find the GAPS diet extremely helpful. It focuses on fats rather than grains and startches. For the poster that said weightlifting breaks them out, you may have high cortisol levels like I did. Look into getting: Ashwaghandha 3 tulsi tea I would break out horrendously before, even if I did pushups. Now I lift whenever I want
  6. So I've been on the gaps diet, more or less for the last few months. I've acne that's triggered by food intolerances. Have been on probiotics the last few years, eating sauerkraut etc, but still think I'm lacking fermented dairy products. I'm gonna get raw milk and kefir grains this week and see if they help, so I was wondering if fermented dairy had helped many people on this site? A main reason being that I read that kefir actually colonises the gut, unlike most probiotic foods and supplements
  7. Dark marks and Red marks

Keep us posted! I've been looking at essential oils online lately, gonna get some today after work to see if they help
  8. Whyyyy?

I did the banana thing before..broke me out in red little dots rather than helping..believe me I've tried everything. My friends and family have no idea how much this affects me, they always just brush it off. The thought of living the rest of my life with shite awful skin terrifies me
  9. Whyyyy?

Messed up because of food allergies caused by antibiotics man. Even tiny amounts of sugar/dairy/gluten break me out. I hate everyday, having acne aged 22 sucks balls. I doubt I could ever touch accutane after antibiotics destroyed my body. hey I tried lemon juice before, it kind of worked, drinking it the last few days again. Still it doesn't stop my problems with food though . Appreciate the post
  10. Whyyyy?

There's a lot of side effects to accutane man, some might even come on years later. My body is so messed up at the moment there's no way I could tolerate even a low dose
  11. Help me with my acne scars

Hey I'm currently on vitamin e oil and vitamin k cream, too early to tell if they will work yet. Fresh aloe vera gel is also supposed to be good!
  12. Acne has gotten worse.

Hey! Look up candida and gut health and see if addressing these possible ssues might help you. Try steer clear of antibiotics, they ruined my health, and only mask skin problems. Diet wise try eliminating sugar, dairy, gluten, start eat fermented food and bone broths. Hope this helps! Being vegan/ vegetarian isnt a healthy diet. You need animal foods in your diet, especially healthy fats, so don't be afraid to eat fatty meats! Other healthy fats are coconut oil and olive oil
  13. Hey I'm using vitamin e oil along with vitamin k cream at night, didn't do it the last few nights so I'll start again later, I'll be posting if they help!
  14. Dark marks and Red marks

Be careful there'll be some amount of women chasing you dude! I'm currently using vitamin e oil and vitamin k cream, too early to tell if helping yet
  15. Whyyyy?

Avoiding food triggers keeps my skin smooth, still just looks horrendous. Have tried: Chinese medicine Homeopathy Every vitamin/mineral Basically everything bar accutane, which I know would only mask the problem. So I'm thinking its a gut and candida/parasite problem. I had bits of fruit yesterday so I broke out a small bit today. Getting up everyday and prepping myself to leave the house is a struggle I've tried more than just the above, there's just no point listing everything. Even if I could improve red marks and scarring (mainly pocmarks) I would be happy
  16. Whyyyy?

You would think that but after nearly 10 years man.. Tetra was the worst decision of my life, only lasted on the course for a few weeks because of stomach pains. I had severe constipation for years, food intolerances, acne getting way worse. Lucky I didn't touch accutane, it would've ended me
  17. Aged 22, still have face and body acne. Skin always looks fuucked up even when I have no active cysts/spots, due to hyperpigmentation and scarring. Some days I honestly don't know how I hang in there, almost 10 years of putting up with this crap. Ive missed so many events parties and trips. Have to wear tinted moisturizer and concealer everyday - im a f****king dude. Have a decent body from working out but can't even show it with my lizard skin underneath What is the point in going on seriously? Intolerant to so many foods - side effect of tetralysal. If this gaps diet doesn't work along with green smoothies I doubt I'll be still here at the end of the year
