Hey, i'm in pretty much the same place as you and started pretty much the same time. Skin is the best its been for me in over a decade with a few small spots every now and then. Still get dry but its the lips i have to constantly keep vaselined and moisturised. Such a small price to pay though IMO!
Just want to say your log has been really helpful to me. I've got a while to go yet and am not even half-way through my course but what i'm really interested in is what will happen to my skin after I finish.
So please do keep the information coming every so often post tane - it really is useful and appreciated to us still going through it!
Gald to hear you are in good spirits and a good idea to think of our partners in all this!
As i said i would in my thread, i spoke with my derm about aqueous cream and she recommend, instead, non-acne types of moisturisers like Neutrogena or Clinique instead. She didn't think aqueous cream was really for the tane - whcih i think is different from what you were told?
Who knows; fundamentally if it works for you then keep on using it - i just discovered e45 is a massive no go for my face so i guess this is a process of trial and error.
Could you help me out - what mosituriser(s) are you using and where from? Vaseline on the lips and earlier on you said you had been using Aqueous cream (Boots?) but ordered Cetaphil (online?). I've been using E45 but worried it may be breaking me out and would appreciate your recommendations and how often you apply.
